As Salaamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters!
We are so elated to inform you that Jamal and his family arrived safely in the United States after many trials and much delay!!! Alhamdulillah, the trip was a success and we met them at the Atlanta airport this past Saturday night. Below are pictures and video of his arrival:
There are many more reunions coming up with our parents, siblings, Safia’s family and so many friends. We look forward to them all and are grateful for the many blessings we have thus far received. Thank you all for your dua through all of this, so many of them were answered! May Allah continue to bring ease to Jamal and his family, ameen! Stay tuned for more updates forthcoming.

أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever visits a sick person whose time (of death) has not yet come, and says to him seven times ‘As’al Allah al-‘Azeem Rabb al-‘Arsh al-‘Azeem an yashfeeyaka (I ask Allah the Almighty, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to heal you)’, Allah will heal him of that sickness.” (Narrated by Ahmad (2137), Abu Dawood (3106) and at-Tirmidhi (2083); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani.)
I pray that bro Jamal recovers completely and become healthy and cancer free so that he can enjoy and remain with his precious and beautiful family (maa sha Allah tabaraka Allah).
